The minimum e-voucher denomination is S$25.

 

 

What is the maximum e-voucher denomination?

 

The maximum e-voucher denomination is S$100.

 

 

Do I need an account to purchase an e-voucher? 

 

Yes, you will require an account to purchase and access your vouchers securely.

 

 

Is it necessary to verify my email?

 

Yes, verifying your email ensures the e-voucher is sent to the correct address, reducing the risk of fraud. It also confirms that you can receive the e-voucher, safeguarding both Les Amis Group and yourself. Additionally, it ensures you receive the necessary receipt and transaction confirmation.

How do I access my e-vouchers gifted to me by someone else?

 

You will receive an email with a personalised message and a link to access your e-voucher. You can also view all your e-vouchers after registering/signing in to your account. 

 

 

Can I share an e-voucher purchased for myself with someone else?

 

Yes, you can share your purchased e-vouchers through two methods. Choose the e-voucher that you would like to share and:

 

Method 1:

Choose “Share by Forwarding”. This sends the e-voucher to your designated recipient and places the ownership of the e-voucher under the recipient.

 

Method 2:

Choose “Share by URL”. The ownership of the e-voucher still belongs to you, but anyone with the URL will be able to access the value stored within the e-voucher.

 

 

Will my e-voucher expire?

 

Yes, e-vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

 

Can I purchase multiple voucher denominations?

Currently, our system only allows for the purchase of one denomination per transaction. Please choose your preferred denomination carefully, as changes cannot be made after purchase.

 

 

Can I use my e-vouchers across multiple transactions?

 

No, each e-voucher is only valid for a single transaction.

 

 

How do I use my e-vouchers at a participating outlet?

 

You can select the e-voucher you want to redeem and allow the staff at the participating outlet to scan the QR code.

 

 

Which participating outlets can I use my e-vouchers at?

Can I redeem multiple e-vouchers at once?

 

Yes, you can redeem multiple e-vouchers at once.

 

 

Can I use this e-voucher with other promotions or partners' discounts?

 

No, this e-voucher is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, vouchers or partners’ privileges.

 

 

What payment modes could I use to purchase the e-vouchers?

 

The accepted modes of payment are Visa and Mastercard.
